Title: Cookie Pie Crust

1 1/2cCrushed vanilla or chocolat Wafers or gingersnaps
1/4cMelted margarine or butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crushed cookies and melted margarine or butter. Reserve 3 tablespoons mixture for topping if desired. Press remaining mixture firmly against bottom and side of pie plate, 9 X 1-1/4 inches. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees; cool.To Microwave: Prepare as directed - except use a microwavable pie plate. Microwave uncovered on high for 2 to 3 minutes, rotating pie 1/2 turn every minutes, until set; cool. 8 SERVINGS; 230 CALORIES PER SERVING
